This antique American oak dresser has many good qualities. It is a little bigger than most. It has outstanding claw feet, beautiful quarter-sawn (tiger) oak, a beveled mirror, and a serpentine base. The mirror is a lovely traditional shape. The drawers will be modified to work around the sink, as well as finished on the inside. A white sink and a bronze faucet are included in the listed price. The choices in sink and faucet can be changed, or we can ship it to you without a faucet so that you can add your own. Of course, a credit will be figured if we don't include a faucet. The mirror is being re-silvered. The vanity will have many layers of our special, water-resistant finish which will hold up well to bathroom moisture. This outstanding, serpentine American oak antique dresser was made around 1900. Notice all of the detailed carving and bead-work at the top of the mirror. We stained the wood Dark Walnut which gave the quarter-sawn oak a medium-dark, warm, rich color. The drawers were re-built to work around the sink and plumbing. We finished inside the drawers also. The wood was treated with a number of products, resulting in a very fine finish which is water-resistant. It will withstand bathroom moisture well. The beveled mirror is original and was re-silvered. We installed a large, white Kohler 2179-8-0 sink and a Price Pfister Tuscan Bronze faucet. The faucet can be exchanged or removed if you know of something else you would rather use. The price includes everything, the antique vanity- refurbished, the sink and the faucet.

This French marble top dresser with triple mirrors has made a beautiful bathroom vanity. The marble is the original- carrera. The cabinet and mirror frame are oak with beautiful carvings. The hardware is also original to the dresser. We have completely refinished it and modified the drawers to work around the sink and plumbing. We added a white sink with a shell shape and a brushed nickel faucet. The marble shelf is 6" high, and the mirror is 38" high, making the total height of the piece 79".
